The last day at the beach was the best. The waves were huge. Even Ken was a little afraid to venture out in the deep. We had a blast body surfing with our little styrofoam boards.

Meet one of our helpers!

This is Jessica, an American girl who is here learning more about Awana in Brazil. She has helped out a few times with school - mostly with Becky and Daniel. Jessica leaves for the US next week. We will miss her!

Awana Olympics

Rachel participated on the JV Awana team (ages 13-14). Their team won that age group and our church won overall. Rachel won her event as well - the "zig-zag" race.
